Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation (SEBMF) and East Bay Physicians Medical Group (EBPMG) welcome our new clinicians.
Alia Lilienstein, M.D., MPH, Family Medicine
2500 Milvia Street, Berkeley
Dr. Lilienstein received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and she completed her family medicine residency at Tufts University in Massachusetts. Dr. Lilienstein sees patients in Berkeley.
Anderson Tsai, D.O., Internal Medicine
500 San Pablo Avenue, Albany
Dr. Tsai received his medical degree from Western University of Health Science in Pomona, CA and he completed his internal medicine residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA. Dr. Tsai is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and Japanese.
Donna Louie, PA-C, physician assistant

Donna received her degree in physician assistant studies from Touro University in Vallejo, CA. She recently completed a public health field study internship with Child Start Inc., in Napa, CA.
Clayton Laderer, MSPA-C, MPH, physician assistant (urgent care)
Clayton received his masters degree in physician assistant studies and masters degree in public health from Touro University in Vallejo, CA. He has extensive experience working in emergency response as a San Francisco firefighter and paramedic in Iraq. Clayton sees patients at three urgent care centers in Berkeley, Antioch and Castro Valley.
Jessica Colgan, MSN, FNP, is our new family nurse practitioner practicing at our Brentwood Care Center. Jessica obtained her medical education at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland.
